1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the LobangKing platform at lobangking.win, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

Acceptance of these terms takes effect immediately upon completing the account registration process or any first interaction with the platform. LobangKing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to players via registered email or in-platform notification.

2Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at lobangking at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated immediately without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, active mobile number, and valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

• Your full name must match the name on your MyKad or passport
• The registered bank account number must be in the same player's name
• One phone number can only be linked to one LobangKing account
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal
• Accepted documents for KYC: MyKad, Malaysian Passport, or Military ID

LobangKing reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for identity verification or regulatory compliance purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Player Eligibility

LobangKing services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: Players must be at least 18 years old on the registration date
• Legal Capacity: Players must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Non-Staff: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of LobangKing staff are not eligible to be players

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• Bonus abuse including bonus arbitrage, transferring bonuses between accounts, or coordination between players is prohibited
• LobangKing reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and associated wins if fraud is detected
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the respective promotional terms.

Wagering Requirements: The standard wagering requirement is between 20x and 35x the bonus value unless otherwise stated. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

6Game Rules & Integrity

7Player Conduct & Responsibility

LobangKing players are expected to act responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with the law at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation intended to gain unauthorised advantages
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
• Use of VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions or platform security measures
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the platform

8Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. LobangKing recommends the following security measures to protect your account:

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices

9Account Suspension & Termination

LobangKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Unable to verify player identity or information
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Activities deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform or other players

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of a final review, subject to all conditions being met.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is made.
